The Goal: To increase online sales during the 2008 Holiday shopping season and to increase brand awareness among the 18-34 demographic.
The Solution: Working together, LIDS and ChaCha created targeted and enticing messages that promoted special offers for use when purchasing items from Lids.com.
The Results: ChaCha served over 300,000 impressions nationwide during the 29-day campaign. The ads resulted in over 1,000 online orders, almost a 200% return on ad spend, and an overall response rate of 5%.
